With 20 years of hands-on experience, beginning as a commercial HVAC service technician, James combines deep technical acumen with a strategic business mindset in every endeavor. His journey is grounded in real-world experience—working in the field, solving problems on the front lines, and gaining an intimate understanding of the industry from the ground up.
This foundation was only the beginning of James' story. Alongside two decades of industry experience, he invested countless hours in professional growth, balancing long days in the field and office with nights and weekends dedicated to his education. Over 12 years, he paired determination with ambition, beginning at Butte College, earning associate degrees in Human and Behavioral Science and Business Administration, joining Sigma Alpha Pi (ΣAπ), the National Society of Leadership and Success. He continued to Simpson University in Redding, CA, completing a bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership. His educational path culminated with two advanced degrees from Western Governors University with a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and an MBA (Master of Business Administration). These accomplishments reflect his commitment to expanding his practical expertise with high-level strategic insights.

His accomplishments, including the titles of Rookie of the Year and Service Manager of the Year in two consecutive years at a Fortune 500 company, have established him as a leader in his field. He has also driven impressive results for smaller, privately-owned firms across Northern California, delivering excellence with the same level of dedication and impact.
One of James' most noteworthy achievements is launching a new branch in a highly competitive market with no brand recognition, transforming it into a profitable and high-performing operation.
